It’d do nothing for me unless I keep doing until it feels like it’s burning. You gotta make it fire 🔥 to see results, I think. When it begins to feel like burning, that’s when the actual exercise begins. All you do before that feeling would just be a warm up.

I’ve tried to incorporate this exercise and its machine equivalent and somehow it never feels like its doing the right stuff for me. I prefer leg raises, body weight crunches or declines and the ab roller. I know thats not what your Q was about but I feel for you because you are doubly screwed!
