bootneck77 Barbell back squats mate. Nothing competes. If you want to blast the quads do front squats. You've got the rack.

ChainPlayer I would use a cable and work every leg unilateral - you get better range of movement and better options to progress with weights.

musclemeeple2 wall sits...can do single leg, add some sort of weigt on your lap ect...not a great sub but no need for equipent and can be done anywhere in a pinch
