right people I've sorted going to the gym regularly now, so next is my diet but I'm struggling due to taking medication and there side affect is putting on weight need to find away off kerbing the thought off eating constantly and eating crap I have my net diary is it just a case off logging and being stricter. thanks people

That is hard, if you have pharmacology effecting your appetite, but there's much you can do. Don't keep junk food at home, only a very limited amount. Don't overreatrict what you eat: I don't like to only eat chicken and rice, I eat pretty much everything but my macros are always in the range. Keep one bar of chocolate at home for a week etc. And measure your weight every day, but only care about the average if the last three, and adjust total calories once a week if needed.

I find that I eat healthier when I am logging everything, just because I am logging. It's a lot easier to curb the impulsive snacking when everything is getting logged, and also weighed on my kitchen scale at home.

I’ve found planning/preparation and eating the right stuff at the right tine to be key for me. Protein and Veggies fills me right up whereas I can get through a bunch of carbs and keep going. I start the day with a protein shake and try to eat smaller amounts more frequently so I never get truly hungry and seemingly have a bit more willpower than I used to when I would get Hangry.
