What are your routines like? Heavy? High reps? Curious to know what la worked for you! Mine has been a mix of both with a lot of total volume.

I try to programme one heavier and one lighter workout per week, with higher rep range targets in the lighter session. Some exercises seem to favour higher or lower reps for me and I think the correlation is “systemic fatigue”. Eg, I don’t back squat in the 15-20 range but rather the 5-12 range because I find that best stimulus to fatigue ratio.

I'm currently following a Push, Pull, and Leg/Ab routine. I go with 1 day of each being power/strength with 4-6 reps and the next time being Hypertrophy with 8-10 reps. This gives me 6 workout days a week.
