Alcastive Not a goal, but I learned to run despite my knee pain, it's like a kangaroo jumping on 1 leg 😅

Carphill007 I deadlift 130kg for 3x5 this morning. I can perhaps go heavier but am trying my best to stay injury free. 160kg would be >2x Bodyweight so thats my real goal.
