Alcastive I combine cardio and weightlifting 90 mins in total for a HIIT session

dwideman I currently do 20 minutes of cardio (stepper, treadmill or elliptical) before lifting, I know you are supposed to do it after, but I never want to do it after.

TheBusyDad Nothing before or after.I have a single day where I do abs and at least 30 minutes cardio. My heart rate generally is raised throughout my weightlifting.
