This one's for the ladies... I just got the most WICKED uterine cramps that lasted around 15 minutes when doing mildly strenuous cardio - is there a way to prevent this, or is there something wrong here?

livelikeanapexpredator cramps might not be from uterus itself but muscles in the abdominal area. lower abs can be worked hard in strenuous cardio. (core and pelvic floor). so its probably muscle cramps. possible dehydration too

but its really uterine cramps far from period. that might be non exercise related and you might wanna check with your gyno. I think that could be symptom for endometriosis?
