When you do T Bar rows, do you count the 45 lbs of bar weight or just the plate weight? I know it doesn’t matter as long as I am consistent. Just curious what others do. Thanks.

Just the plates, in a landmine setup the bar only adds less than a third of it's weight in reality, so adding 45lbs wouldn't make sense to me since its more like 10-15lbs depending on the ROM.

I just use the plates for landmine workouts. since we dont lift the bar fully im sure there's some math computation to do here 😅 the bar isnt fully 45lbs . half? idk the formula so just the weights for simplicity
