I am getting SO FRUSTRATED with this stupid function! I'm trying to make workouts as I go, however every single time I choose a weekday to start, it mixes up my entire plan, so everything is in the wrong order and under the wrong days? Am I doing something wrong here???

Are you saying that the training days get mixed up during the creation of the program, or generally with the program you've been using for a while?

I’m not too sure what you are trying to do or your issue, but when I create my plans, I do so with a sequence not a day of the week, so if I skip a day it doesn’t throw things off. Is that anywhere near what you are after?
