im not sure if its from that latest big update or maybe cause of the 2025 review? I feel like the insights calculations are bugged out.
today I had a heavy session. I pushed hard and had new PRs on my hip thrust (and another exer I can't remember which). I also went heavy on the other movements, and quite high reps.
but insights is computing it as "low intensity". I know its just a summary and check, but I look at these insight all the time. maybe some math code got affected? I noticed this only recently.

I can't understand how this app would ever be able to determine intensity. how does it know if your sets are 5rir or past failure by the numbers we put in?

Hi @livelikeanapexpredator, thanks for flagging this. If a heavy workout is showing as “low intensity,” it can happen when the workout’s key inputs (weight/reps/sets, duration, or rest/timer data) don’t fully save or are edited after completion, which can throw off the insight calculation.
Quick question: did you edit any sets after finishing the workout, or was it logged live start-to-finish? If you email support@jefit.com with your username and a screenshot of the workout summary + insights screen (and the date of the session), we can review your logs and escalate if it’s a calculation bug.
