Few weeks away, but would love to hear everyone’s goal for 2026.
I want to improve diet, stay consistent with exercising, and shred some fat. Most importantly I want to stay fit and healthy!

Primary goal is to cut to as close to 10% BF as I can manage Jan-Apr. I quite fancy working towards 1000lb club too but will currently be miles off. Around summer time I expect to pivot to more functional training and cardio.
