I think any workout logged in Jefit that is more than 7 minutes counts for Iron Points. You are limited to one point-earning workout in a 24-hour period, and 20 workouts in a month.
Of course, for our own record-keeping everything counts, and for the monthly challenge the exercises will count whether or not done as part of a longer workout.
