I’ll be traveling for about a week and won’t have access to a gym. Could anyone please share a good home/bodyweight workout routine that doesn’t require any equipment? Would really appreciate your suggestions—thanks in advance!
1) Bodyweight split squats
2) Glute bridges (raised)
3) Calf raises on a step/stair
4) Crunches
5) Leg raises
6) Deficit pushups
7) Bench dips
Back is harder. If you can find a weight you could do pullovers. If you can find a bar you could do pullups/rows.
