here’s some of my progression compared to my last week. I’m thinking that my current week is staying stable because i’m doing the same exercises and not adding more weight. isn’t the auto progression supposed to help with that? am i not being patient enough to see it go up later in the week or should i switch up the exercises? let me know what you think! should i sit tight or switch things up?

Narcisjefit Auto progression only increases when a workout is completed and saved with higher reps or weight, so if you’re repeating the same loads, it can stay stable for a bit. Are you seeing the “apply/save workout changes” option at the end of your sessions, and is it turned on?

Carphill007 I cant explain why it isn’t going up but I’d not make decisions based on this new feature. Do you feel like you can progress already? I’d think about a) how close to failure at your chosen rep ranges you already are b) what kind of stimulus/perturbation of the muscle are you getting (immediate and via DOMS) and c) how well are you recovering from the volume. This feature is interesting and may be great in time but I think it has kinks right now and a major one is not being intuitive or explaining why its showing as it is.
