things are looking up! is there anyway you motivate yourself during your workout?

AkentaStromm I have a goal or two to motivate me. Same goal for years... No closer but keeps me working out every day and trying new things

Cfawn I do the best I can for me in that moment. I try to compete with myself and beat the last set, either in weight or reps. If I’m in a real slump, I think of my brother. He was a bodybuilder and always encouraged me to do the same. I imagine he’d be calling me a fighter to keep going.

GingerPower24 I play music. I do super sets, add in abs between sets and farmer Carrie’s. I just do what I can with the time I have. If it’s a slower day I just pace myself

p.bxtrm Visualize what was good/bad with the previous set on the same exercise and how I'm gonna improve on the set coming up.
Did I let elbows go a little too high? Did I not hold my shoulder in place? etc etc.
A few min later I am super excited for the next set because I'm gonna kick the last sets ass so hard..

Viper_10 Start thinking of your next exercise; concentrate on your current lift, and thinking about the next one. Next thing you know you are doing that next exercise.

Carphill007 If I’m there, I’m motivated already. My motivation cones earlier through macro, meso and micro goals that I create for myself.
