Does anybody have a good HIT workout for the app? Or recommendations Best way to log those workouts?

amgym19 It takes some planning, but autoplay mode works really well for HIIT style workouts. It's just important to set the duration and rest intervals properly in advance. Once set up, the audio cues are pretty reliable. Also, any exercise can be set up in autoplay, but reps and weights are not recorded..
