Studmuffin47 Cutting out processed foods and sugars. Sticking to natural protein/fat sources and adding more greens. Ends up being low carb/high protein split.
Starting to be strict on meal planning on the weekend for the week so I don’t get lazy and choose what I want the day of. Makes it easier to stay on track. No eating 4 hours before bed.
Shooting to get under 15% body fat for the first time in my life and visible abs 2026! Let’s go!

The_Fatnessguru Prepare my breakfast in the evening. Swapping breakfast with a protein shake (milk/water half/half, 1.5-2 scoops powder and a banana), helps getting enough protein in so much. I only stick to it, when I prep everything in the evening.
Also, I started making a canister of hydrolyzed protein for the whole day. 1 scoop with 1.8L of water. the stuff is way too sweet to drink with 0.5L according to the packaging.
That way, I have a solid 60-90g of protein already, which pretty much guarantees getting enough.

Training wise, I incorporated more explosive exercises and plyos, to be more explosive on the rugby pitch.

McButtersack Got back to using incremental 1/2 lb plates for progressive overloading…no reason I stopped, just fell off a bit.

Carphill007 I started doing deadlifts and my lower back seemed to get a lot stronger and less fragile really quickly and I feel like it’s helped my general strength a lot too. Might be placebo.

StaneC Food: With cutting out gluten and going on low carb diet (no pasta, bread, …) I dropped 35 lbs in 4 months. Bad news is that I dropped also muscles.
Resistance training: Going from full body 3 times per week to upper/lower/upper and dropping weights-no ego lifting. Less fatigue and joints/tendon issues.

Cfawn I’m a pretty perpetual clean eater. I did cut out any added sugars (previously tried to stay under 15grms added sugar a day). I’m sticking with fruit and naturally occurring sugars only. Also upping my protein by 30 more grams a day.

carlosfromspain For me the biggest impact nutrition wise was trying to eat as much as I can.
