What got me out of gaining and losing the same 10 pounds was maintenance periods. cutting and letting my body acclimate to how it feels being that light and conversely, letting my body understand the muscle I built on a bulk isn't going anywhere and taking a few weeks to adjust to that too
Nutrition habit: Planning my meals in advance. I make sure I am getting enough protein, fats, and carbs. I am on the Mediterranean Diet.
