Deloading the rest of the week to reset for a change from hypertrophy training to strength training for the next 20 weeks…..the goal is BSD 1000lb club!

pah68 I snuck into the 1000lb club a few years ago. I probably couldn't qualify again today but it's an awesome feeling when you do hit it.

Carphill007 Please let me know how you get on. I am training for hypertrophy but am tracking strength progress by proximity to the 1000lb club and those movements and finding it a fun measure and target.
