not a question but just saying yall are great. thanks for your help, you all know who you are! had a question yesterday and with everyone's help I did 2 sets of my workout today! 4 exercises not including warm up. I did my heaviest weight of each and then the next set I did less weight but a bit more reps if I could.
I feel so good and so happy I went further than normal. my back kinda hurt after the yoga ball hamstring exercise which is my last exercise(any recommendations for hammy stuff at home?) but I went a 2nd round and feel great! I rested good between each exercise and rested longer inbetween the sets.

💪. To start with hamstring stuff at home I reckon you could get a decent stimulus by just doing unweighted RDLs “Romanian Deadlifts”. Key is to keep knees as straight as poss and hip hinge, keeping chest up. If I go deep as a warm up I feel a ton of perturbation even without weight. If you have dumbbells you could start to progress weight and reps.
