I don't get it. Sunday - biceps and Tuesday - chest and lower back. Almost always increasing reps or weight, but never in stable build or solid pace.
Does someone know how this works?
(I don't give a lot to this, I just want to understand this 🙂)

Hi blauerCorsar, Good question, that’s usually about how training frequency + recent load changes affect the model. Muscles you hit harder or progress faster can swing out of the “steady build” zone even if you’re consistent overall. Are you increasing weight/reps on every Sunday biceps and Tuesday chest/back session, or rotating intensity week to week?
the other days, Thursday - shoulders, friday triceps, saturday - upper Back, I'm in the target zone
