Are there any BJJ athletes in the group that can suggest a good functional strength program for helping elevate my game? Or a Yoga/flexibility program? I am already hitting the air bike for intervals to get that explosive cardio bouts.

DallasD_OK I don't know of a program to follow to help your game more than just keep rolling. To stay healthy I focus more on lower back, deep core, and upper leg development.

our comp guys stay strong, eat right, rest, and train a lot.

for flexibility I do a series of calf stretches, to hamstring 90-90's, to figure fours, to pretzels hip flexor, open books, modified pigeon pose, and finish with cat and cow movements.

everyone is so different in body shape and composition, take what you like from everyone and make your own.
