I'm still new to all this but when do you stop bulking and start cutting?

Carphill007 You have to commit to a bulk so like 4 weeks is too short. Muscle builds slowly. I’ve found 12 weeks the longest I want to bulk without at least a short 4 week mini cut in between to stop me getting softer than I want to be. You can also “recomp” somewhat whilst eating at maintenance calories and if you are new to this, that’s what would recommend. You’ll get mad gains for the first year or so without having to go too nuts on diet stuff.
