What is that one exercise that makes you regret life decisions? Like you still do them because they are great but the entire time you begging all divinity for it to end and you feel the burning of your muscles might actually be from the fiery depths instead. For me it is Bulgarian Split Squats. I look a feel like a fresh deer learning how to take its first steps. I power through but I am making false promises of ‘this is the last time’ the entire time 😂

Maybe I haven't done enough Bulgarians (I don't think I have ever implemented them into my routines), but back some years, my ex put together a powerlifting deadlift routine for me to beat some record for the same class/division... That made me question life choices... But I will say that I felt awesome getting to lift 255 for my height and weight, I'd say it's pretty fuego... I'd like to get back to that, honestly, if it's reasonably possible...

For me, it’s pull ups. I have had surgery on both shoulders (football and baseball). I had neck surgery 2 years ago. I loved playing sports growing up but they definitely took a toll on my body. I wouldn’t change anything though. Great times with friends and amazing memories.

that's hilarious....I thought the same thing before I even got to what you said. I did Bulgarian Split Squats tonight and I don't know why but one side seemed way more fluent then the other.
