That is a tough one that only you can answer. What were your goals? Do you feel stronger? Do you look different? Where you eating in a deficit or surplus? Did you eat enough protein? Did you train 3x per week or 6x? These all contribute to the results you’d expect. There are others too, these are just a sample.
