I know at least 3 ways to create a new custom workout.
1. Go to the Workout Tab, under Planned (most direct; best for creating a new workout from scratch)
Tap the banner at the top of the page (which is for whatever workout is currently active)
Tap the +Create Plan link at the top right of the screen
2. From the workout tab, under Planned, tap the banner at the top of the page, to get a list of all workouts.
Then, for any listed workout, tap the 3 dots in the upper corner of its banner, and tap copy.
Then navigate to your copied workout, select it to make it the active plan, and then use the edit functions within that workout to change its name and make whatever additional changes you want.
This way is best if you want to model your new workout on an existing workout -- for example, you could download a Jefit plan and then copy it this way to customize it.
3. Go to an existing plan that has a workout day that you like and want to build off of.
In that plan's main screen, select that day and click the 3 dots on the right, then select Copy to.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the options in the drop-down list and select Create a new plan.
Then you will have a starter plan with one workout day, and you can go to that plan to make whatever edits and changes you want.

Hi - when I go to workout tab , there is no “creat your own workout plan” button. I only see a personalize button that generates a workout for u .

Custom workouts are still there. Go to the Workout tab and create your own workout plan, then add exercises from the exercise library. Did the option disappear for you, or is the menu just in a different spot now?
