Good morning guys ... I have been using this app for a while now, and used the elite version for a week. The elite version is giving so much information about your progress and several other statistics. I really like it. That's why I joined in a solo content to get that free elite version for 6month or year. I am consistently working work, update the workout, post picture of what I eat, update body parameters etc. So what else can I do to get more points and get into the top 10. I know we all are competing to be the top , but if anyone can share any insight it will be helpfull...😀😀😀

Jdinkel525 I've not found any one thing that helps other than keep trying to be more active with the app. the points are weird in my opinion because I've seen big jumps day from day with little activity and small jumps in points when I feel like I've Been on the app all day. it's inconsistent with points so best thing i can say is keep at it.
at the end of the day, be motivated that you're doing what is better for your health and feeling better.
