my diet and food discipline will vary lol. however I have a strict adherence to hydration. minimum 100 oz a day. I'm on VERY diluted mix 24/7. like one 20-24 oz juice/tea/Gatorade etc to a 1 gallon pitcher filled with water. one the best habits I started. it's an easy way to eliminate dead calories and clean up your system✅. no carbonated drinks enter my house

Let's be real, some people are not ready to give up soda. I don't drink much soda, but if you really crave a soda, then have a soda or diet soda. You can eat anything in moderation. It won't fill you up, it won't add and valuable nutrients, but if it helps you stay the course towards your goals then have it.

Why drink soda at all? I can't handle carbonated beverages anymore, but when I did I would just buy club soda or seltzer and add a little bit of juice to it for flavor.

Diet over here. Also do sparkling waters or my homemade electrolytes. Some people say that diet soda will trigger food or sugar cravings but I have never had that problem. I won't do the zero sodas because they use stevia and taste nasty imo.

I say no soda, but doesn’t hurt to indulge once in a while. I grew up in a household where water was king and home made lemonade or pineapple juice was the sweet drink that we’d have. So it’s easy for me to say no soda since I grew up not really drinking it. Again, once in a while, but I know it’s hard to give it up if you’ve been drinking it for a whole. Just my two cents 👊🏽

Sugar free soda is fine as long as you aren’t nailing gallons per day. I’ll have a couple of coke zero’s a week. Sugar free flavoured water, coffee & fruit tea the rest of the time n
