Just an FYI… the Barbell double arm landmine row exercise is marked as unilateral and it is not and you use both arms at the same time. Thanks!

rdernbach I’ve noticed several of the deadlifts variations seem to have back as the primary muscle group instead of upper legs(hamstrings). Other than that not really !
