JWeeSG greek yogurt plain + clear whey protein powder and your fav fruit. the amount will depend on your diet plan, so weight each to get the total calories and protein.

sr_fitness I will make a batch of egg bites. about a dozen or so eggs into a blender, a single serving of cottage cheese, some veggies (spinach, onion, peppers, etc), and a little bit of cheese. blended and then poured into a muffin tin and baked for about 20 min. I'll have 2 each morning. Freezes well too. I've made like 30 in one sitting and didn't have to worry about breakfast for about 3 weeks.

musclemeeple2 If you want some carbs (like a sandwhich ut not one) and breakfast theme think healthy cereal like oats, cream of wheat, granola...can do with whey andor milk plus pairs nicely with lots of the previous mentions fruit/eggs/cottagecheese/yogurt. for more packable (like a sandwhich but not) homemade trail mixs paired with powder for protein shake

TheBusyDad I do scrambled eggs in a casserole dish. I can get 4 servings that I can warm up as needed. Each serving is 2 eggs, 4 egg whites and a serving of cottage cheese. Its heavy on the protein and under 400 calories.
