If yoy are sore 5 days it is not about recovering quicker, it's about not getting sore for 5 days, you either did something new that your body is not used too hard like a new exercise/s, or you did too much of the same too soon like increasing volume or intensity too fast.
Make more progressive changes so your body can adapt better and safer and without getting you so sore that it breaks your ability to consistently train due to having to wait too long to recover.

Are you overtraining? How is your protein intake? You might want to consider supplementing with glutamine or HMB for muscle recovery. Also, do some foam rolling and stretching after your leg workout. I take a yoga class after my leg workout.

To help with recovery, I would probably also add mobility, light stretching, and foam rolling. If you have access to a sauna, that might also help.

Gets better with time. Soreness mainly come from doing things body isn't used to and 90% of it goes away when body is.
I'm not sore for 48h, if even 24h. More so fucked up than sore.
