I’m gain trouble redeeming my points for subscription extension. I already cancelled my App Store subscription as it say but the. When I go to redeem, the error says that I have an active paid subscription. All help appreciated

Narcisjefit Nice work stacking those points. If the app still shows an active subscription after canceling, it may take a little time for the App Store status to update. Try syncing the app or logging out and back in; if it still blocks the redemption, email support@jefit.com, and we’ll check your account directly.

carlosfromspain I believe you can only have up to one year maximum subscription active, beyond that you cannot redeem any points to extend the subscription further than one year.

Check to see the date your subscription expires to see if this is the case. You can see when your subscription expires logging into the jefit webpage with your browser and looking in the account section inside settings.
