I am completing my scheduled workout next week, I will be started a new schedule with minor changes but I have seen in my previous Q&A that lot of you guys take a deload/ rest and recovery week. Can you guys explain how to do it? Complete rest or Just decrease the weight or rep of all set for a week?

There are several posts around this. What I do is use the same exercises at 50% for a week. The next two weeks are 75% and then 100%. After completing the 100% week, I start progressing again.
