anyone get into postural restoration before? seeking input on how it went, duration, and how to keep my mind checked in to doing it. this is what I was recommended for a particle nerve problem in my right quad. could also be a contributor to lower back and groin pain.

Workout Addict I take a yoga class 3 times a week, and we work on maintaining proper posture (postural restoration?) a lot.

WizeDownUnder I did 'spinal remodeling' with a chiropractor 20 years ago - not sure if that's similar? But I always go back to those stretches to fix neck/back/hip muscle and nerve pain
