Looking to tweak my home gym routine. I have barbells, dumbbells, bench, cable machine, and bands. What is your favorite or most beneficial exercise? Sets? Reps? Thanks in advance!

I feel like clean and jerk on the barbell gives me a great all over body workout. start with a light weight so you get the movement correct before adding weight to avoid injury.

Incline bench everything pull I like: bi curls chest press and crossovers rows. We seem to have a similar setup. But I also have leg curl/ext and leg hack/press. I you’d like take a look at my routines. May give you ideas.

I’ve not done skull-crushers in a minute so am looking to put those back in somewhere. I like face-pulls for rear delts. Deficit push-ups using your dumbbells hit hard. I’d do 3 working sets typically, in the 10-15 rep range, with weights that allow me to go close to failure at those reps ranges with perfect technique.
