If it already synced and was deleted, it’s usually gone, but you can try checking your Progress → History or the web dashboard to see if a copy still exists and re-save it; if it hasn’t synced yet, avoid syncing/log out and recover it from the web first.

If you are aware of deleting it before it syncs, you might be able to find the workout on the Jefit website. From there you could resave it or copy it. Then log out of the app without syncing, and log back in.
This exact sequence may or may not work. I've only had it happen once so hard to remember what I did. After that I started making backup copies of my workouts.
