Might be a dumb question but Is it better to work out in the morning or at night for results?

musclemeeple2 I think it matters but is different depending on the person. similar to how different people naturally functionbest with different sleep patterns. everyone has an optimal, but it is not the same one for everyone

Carphill007 It don’t matter none as long as you can bring that intensity either way. You have to eat right, rest and sleep right too, too maximise gains.

pah68 I can push a lot harder just before lunch. I do train in the mornings but the workouts are not as intense.

Workout Addict I definitely have more energy at night. I workout in the morning to avoid the crowds.
