How does everyone feel about the monthly challenges? Not sure if I gained n much from the workouts. However there are days that I do the exercises just to meet the monthly goals. Then I realize that they do make me move on some days. Just curious what you all think?

Blustuff9 I like the monthly challenges. They introduce me to new exercises and movements I didn’t know about and/or would have never tried.

Carphill007 I never do them as I am serious about my training and some of the exercises are whacky. That said, I can see why to others they are useful.
