Sometimes my workouts don't upload and it shows a black. Is there a way to reupload my finished workout? First puc is what I've done this morning, second is how it's showing on my timeline.

Looks like a sync hiccup; hit Finish → Save, then go to Profile → Sync and reopen the app to push it through. If it still shows black, check your log.
