question! I am wanting to complete the revival challenge- but it seems to replace my current plans, which i don't want to do- can I add it and then remove it every day?? will it still count? is there a way to add it without it replacing everything i currently have set up? any help is greatly appreciated-

rdean5 You can also rotate between various workouts if you want to do both workouts.

truturtle you only have to do one of the exercises each day not all of them, so pick one off the list that you want to do and add it the the workout that you want to do. before you start the workout you should see an add exercise button or at the end of the workout you can add one also. You do have to add the exact same named exercise from the challenge list. For example extended arm child pose will complete the challenge for the day but extended arm child pose on a stability ball will not count.

dvhent when I ran into this problem, I found the same exercises on the monthly challenge and just agreed them to whatever I was doing that day.

things like arms circles or cobra and the test can be found on the exercise list. Just do a search if you're not sure which body part they're under.
