To all my morning gym goers, I usually get to the gym around 5am. I like to have something to eat before I go. My go to lately is just a rice cake with some peanut butter. Looking for some new ideas if anybody has some. Thanks

I’ve tried having food before my workouts and it was usually a rice cake with peanut butter too. I might try to do a small batch of overnight oats with a scoop of Greek yogurt and see how that turns out. Although, for the better part of 3 years, I’ve only ever done pre-workout and gone straight to the gym on an empty stomach. It might be considered fasted workouts, but I just can’t find the right time to have a snack before getting to the gym. That’s just me though.
