gym and exercise is no longer my concern. my concerns now are overeating and poor eating. especially the last 2 weeks. any thoughts or experiences you've had to help you rebound and get back on track?

No.Excuses Eat healthy and fresh with a protein overload. Reduce carbs especially sugar. No hyper processed food or industrial sugar.
Along with hitting the gym on a regular basis this will do 90% of the trick.
If the results are not as you wish keep reducing carbs…
If you don’t have enough energy in the gym anymore increase again

Workout Addict You need to track your calories using an App (loseit! or myfitnesspal). Be mindful of what you eat. Lunch and dinner should have some fruits and vegetables. I have a cheat day once in a while. The next day, I work it off.

truturtle I always like thinking about things I can add to improve health rather than restrictions. like including at least 3 colors on my plate or a full serving of fruit and veggies with every meal. veggie focus always helps me cut the calories without feeling like I'm missing out.
