Chris.Erwin From what I gather, it seems to progress you once you hit all your maximum reps for all sets of that exercise. I could be wrong though.

No.Excuses I tried it as well but it became confusing so I disabled it and do it manually 🫠

mikemosc15 Good luck. I turned it off because I wasn’t a fan of it and it didn’t always make sense
