who pays close attention to the v push/ pull, h push/ pull, and hinge/ squat? I'm doing programs and would hope they cover it all but it's appearing not. any programs you recommend that get this balance?

egonxm I use a PPL with and A/B split

Pull A starts with a pull-up
Pull B starts with a chin-up
Push A has incline chest press
Push B has decline chest press

between the PPL and AB split, think I hit just about everything I need.

pseb Not really because i don’t think it’s all that accurate not to mention it doesn’t factor in customer exercises.

livelikeanapexpredator I have an upper lower split that also alternatives.
my 2 leg days a week has one hinge focus one squat focus. so I have progress on both with one being higher in the chart on different days.

its a bit more varied for my upper days so some weeks it says v pull lagging other weeks it h pull. but over a month its all balanced so im good 👍
