What is your easiest go to meal prep for a macro filled lunch? I am struggling to find something that I can fit into my schedule and is healthy. I have about 25 minutes to eat. I’m a teacher and my lunch break is terrible. Thanks.

Chris.Erwin I’ve switched mine up quite a bit. For awhile it was 6 egg whites mixed with 1 whole egg and 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese. Cook up a piece of steak, Walmart sells a pack of 4 for a relatively cheap price. I have an electric lunch box that I will start heating up maybe 20 minutes before lunch (ordered off Amazon for like 20 bucks, had AC adapter as well as the car input if you’re on the road). Low calories and lots of protein.

rdean5 I appreciate everyone’s input. As a teacher, I get so tired of eating the same things over and over. It was great to hear various meal prep ideas. I am looking forward to trying these things out. Thanks.

Jessifer80 I do a few chicken breasts in the instant pot to make shredded chicken for the week. Then I can make quick rice bowls.

musclemeeple2 if time is main limiting factor find things that are fine room temp and okay to leave any washing/cleanning for later (ie sandwhiches, bars, ect)

TheSteelSurgeon so I make this tofu or cottage cheese salad kinda thing where I cut some veggies, and microwave(boil them quickly basically) some like beetroot, corn, carrots, broccoli. Then I saute all the veggies in clarified butter(ghee) - onion, Tomato, capsicum, and all others that I boiled with and any vegetable that I found in the kitchen basically along with some cashews, almonds, a few raisins for the sweet taste and sprinkle some salt and Indian spices. It hardly takes 10 minutes to make and is super delicious😄
