I'm looking for the best way to loser belly fat. My stats are usually at 9.9 to 12 percent body fat yet I my abs aren't as defined as I would like. What can I do to improve this?

p.bxtrm Sorry, but you're not close to 12%. In pictures I'd say you're around 17-20%.
12% is gonna have all abs clearly visible and veins all over arms, legs, chest, delts etc. That is universal.
Sub 10% you'll have veins running over abs, veins showing trough clothes etc.
So the problem isn't that you have high belly fat for you're fat%, but that you're just not lean enough yet. Only way to get there is being in a deficit.

Training abs isn't the solution.

kalashkid idk if you need to lose anymore fat. Adding direct core work and pushing it hard is probably what you need to focus on at this point

AhmedAziz6 Since you already in 10 % fat , i recommend train abd 2to 3 time per week with heavy weights and 12_15 reps like any other muscle beside high protein intake diet
