Carphill007 I *love* that my head is pretty much empty whilst I’m lifting, its one of the only tines that is so. There’s not much beyond “is this the right weight”, “how many reps did I do last time” and “PUSH MFKER!” 😂

egonxm work out so hard you pull your ugly face.

you never see a smiling jogger, they always look tormented. then I thought about the faces I pull lifting weights. yeah, not much difference
