how do you bring up the page that has all the information on your phases and planning? i accidentally swiped down and lost it and don’t know where to bring it back up. i needed some more detail on what exercises i’ll be doing this week and why!

You probably closed the Adaptive Plan overview, head to the Workout tab → Adaptive Plan → tap the All Plans and tap into your current plan to bring that phase breakdown back up. If it’s not showing, try pulling to refresh or reopening the plan.
