starting to really think that exertion on this app is all over the place. lifting well, sweating and progressing each week yet consistently get 1/10. doesn't make sense to me as im working. or is it just me???

The whole idea of RPE is what the person exercising feels....so when the app gets it wrong, it's up to us to adjust that before saving the workout.
I'm also pretty sure that Jefit is assigning RPE values based on active time vs rest or unused time. That methodology flies out the window when we are doing heavier lifting, with fewer reps per set and longer rests between sets. But that seems to be the math Jefit continues to use.
