mine would be mango strawberry smoothie. 1 cup of frozen fruit blended with 1/2 cup of non-fat / 2% milk. Add a bit more frozen fruit (and honey with you want more sweet) and it would become a frozen dessert :)

My treat is 160 g Greek yogurt I put some choc protein powder blueberries and some dark chocolate chips. I usually have it daily and love it.
